- General data entry
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Posting delivery tickets and customer payments into accounting software
- Various accounting-related duties related to performing necessary account maintenance including price adjustments and write-offs; entering weekly/monthly data summaries into Excel for tracking; performing weekly/monthly closings and preparing necessary closing reports; assisting/performing additional tasks as needed
- Answering phones and basic customer service related duties
This position requires someone who is:
Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft and Excel, and has basic accounting knowledge. Applicant must be proficient in typing on both a computer keyboard and calculator. Experience with using accounting software is preferred.
